Ben Shapiro

Ben is a multi-trade handyman with 20+ years of hands-on experience across framing, drywall & texture, electrical, plumbing, and finish carpentry. Known for tidy, thorough workmanship and a perfectionist eye for detail, he approaches small repairs with the same care he gives to larger projects protecting surfaces, keeping sites clean, and delivering level, aligned, and blended finishes.

He specializes in HOA and property-manager punch-lists: fixture swaps, drywall patches and paint touchups, door and lock hardware, fence and gate repairs, mailbox and signage fixes, gutters, minor irrigation, and safety items. Every visit includes before/after photos and clear notes, making approvals and closeouts easy for boards and owners.

Serving Rackerby, Oroville, Marysville, Chico, Paradise, and Magalia, Ben prioritizes quick scheduling and professional communication. His goal is simple: handle the lingering tasks quickly and correctly so communities run smoothly and residents feel cared for. When you need dependable help on short notice, Ben is the person you can trust to show up, do it right, and leave the space clean.
